Who will be overseeing my account?

How will you know what to post for my business?
After our discovery call we can best determine your social media needs, your dedicated Media Specialist will begin researching your industry, competitors, and target audience. Your specialist will contact you to review your social media operations. As much feedback as possible is great for getting started. By the time the first post hits Facebook and/or other platorms, your Specialist will know just what your audience is looking for and that’s the key to effectively using Social Media!
Can I still post to my accounts?
Of course! This is your brand and your business. We are here support you and help free up some of your time by taking on your social media. Your accounts belong to you, and you can be involved as much or as little as you’d like.
Do you offer group management?
Yes, and can be discussed in the discovery session. For Facebook or any social media group management speak directly with your specialist.
What if I have specific products, promotions, or specials I want you to promote?
Just fill out the social media request form and send us an email with what you’d like us to share for you, and we’ll pass it along to your Content Specialist. Tequila or our friendly Support Team is happy to make sure your requests are handled just right. You can email specific instructions to getsocial@sociallystandout.com anytime, and we’ll do whatever we can to get them implemented right away.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We believe in earning your business month after month, so there’s no contract involved with monthly management. You can cancel anytime you’d like. But we are confident you’ll love our service and want to stick around for a long, long time!
